HLP Carnallite Dewatering Plant

Demonstrating our capacity for massive industrial installations, this 5.8M JD project for the Arab Potash Company (APC) involved erecting a 950-Ton steel structure building. The complex, turn-key execution included installing splitting boxes, five carnallite dewatering centrifuges, belt conveyors, and repulp tanks with agitators, alongside comprehensive mechanical piping and electrical instrumentation.

What began in 1961 as a contracting firm to meet the growing demands of an emerging economy in Jordan, has evolved today into a diversified group delivering end-to-end, reliable, and innovative services across the engineering and infrastructure sectors.

1961

Foundation

Founded by Hussein Atieh as a privately owned general contracting firm in Jordan. Started as a Class 3 contractor with hands-on experience in building and water infrastructure.

1991

Early Milestones

Completed early documented mega-projects, including the Public Security Officers Club, Lib Pumping Station, and major tunnel infrastructure like the King Talal Intersection.

2000

Infrastructure Expansion

Expanded into large-scale turn-key projects: Kafrain Water Supply, Re-Establishment of Amman Water, and massive municipal developments like Shmeissani Interchange.

2010

ISO Certifications

Achieved vital ISO certifications (ISO 9001, 45001, 14001), underscoring a commitment to international quality, occupational health, and environmental standards.

2011

Corporate Registration

Officially registered as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) on March 9, solidifying corporate structure while continuing the legacy of family leadership.
